FOR TEAMS, LEADERS & ORGANISATIONS
MindfulTogether
Space to pause,
Room to connect.
Thoughtfully designed experiences that bring mindfulness, creativity and meaningful human connection into the workplace.
Why MindfulTogether?
Work can give us purpose, connection and a sense of belonging.
It can also leave people running on empty when stress levels rise.
Behind every wellbeing goal, retention concern or exhausted team are people who need space to breathe, reconnect and feel supported.
MindfulTogether creates intentional experiences where people can slow down, return to themselves and meet one another with greater presence, openness and care.
Come back to yourself
Step out of constant doing and return with renewed attention.
Connect as people
Spend meaningful time together with space for reflection and genuine connection.
Make room for play
Use your hands, imagination and curiosity without pressure to perform or be judged.
Take something with you
Leave with a practice, creation or shared memory that continues beyond the session.
I’ve attended many workplace socials with psychometric tests (am I green or am I yellow?), communication exercises (skillfully assembled sculptural pieces with spaghetti and tape), immersive team days (running around in life-size Monopoly or getting hot and cold with sauna and plunge), and countless social gatherings over food and drinks. Although they were enjoyable, people often still returned disheartened, to the same pace, pressure, and exhaustion.
I began to wonder what it would feel like to create something that reached a little deeper: a space where people could genuinely pause, reconnect with themselves, be creative and spend meaningful time together.
That experience shaped MindfulTogether. Every gathering is embodied, carefully held and thoughtfully informed by mindfulness and compassion research. People are invited to experience something for themselves, beyond another presentation or conversation about wellbeing.
These are the spaces I wish I had been offered during moments of stress and pressure at work: somewhere to feel restored, reconnected and human again.
When people are given space to return to themselves, they can return to one another with more energy, focus, and presence.
Three invitations to pause, create and reconnect.
Choose one experience, follow a three-part journey, or bring them together in a programme shaped around your team.
Mindful Pause
MINDFULNESS, MOVEMENT & SOUND BATH
A grounding experience through sound, gentle movement and breath awareness, offering space to rest, reconnect with the body and quieten the mind.
SESSION 1: DEEP REST
Guided mindfulness followed by an immersive sound bath, inviting the body and mind to slow down and settle.
SESSION 2: BODY CONNECTION
Guided mindfulness and slow Yin-inspired movement, bringing gentle attention to sensation, tension and what the body needs.
SESSION 3: SPACE WITHIN
Notice the activity of the mind and return to the breath through simple breathing practices that invite greater clarity, steadiness and inner space.
SESSION 1: FILL YOUR OWN CUP
Shape and decorate a cup while exploring grounding, self-nourishment and what helps us feel sustained.
SESSION 2: THE PRACTICE OF CARE
Explore patience and presence through Dorodango, the Japanese art of shaping and polishing earth into smooth, shining spheres. The repetitive process invites concentration and steady attention as you create two spheres, holding both balls in one hand at a time and rotate them in a series of rolling motions to keep at home or at work.
SESSION 3: HANDS TOGETHER
Co-create a ceramic mural that brings individual expression into one shared piece—a lasting symbol of creativity, collaboration and care. Each person can take home their own section, or the completed mural can be displayed as a collective artwork in the workplace.
SESSION 1: MEETING YOURSELF WITH COMPASSION
Slow down and listen inwardly through compassionate inquiry, exploring how you can meet yourself with greater kindness and understanding.
SESSION 2: THE PRACTICE OF CONNECTION
Explore compassion and our shared humanity through guided inquiry, personal reflection, immersive live music and a facilitated listening circle.
SESSION 3: A HEART-LED WAY FORWARD
Bring the journey together through guided breathing and the sound of Tibetan singing bowls, choosing a heart-led intention or reminder to carry into everyday life.
Mindful Play
MINDFULNESS & CREATIVE POTTERY
A hands-on pottery journey exploring self-care, imagination and connection through the playful, grounding experience of working with clay.
Mindful Heart
COMPASSION, REFLECTION & LIVE MUSIC
An immersive experience weaving live music, reflective journaling and guided compassion practices to deepen our connection with ourselves and one another.

Join MindfulTogether
We would love to begin with an introductory MindfulTogether experience, giving your team the opportunity to pause, connect and discover what feels most valuable for them. Choose a focused introduction or a more spacious shared journey, each shaped around your team and intention.
A focused introduction to MindfulTogether, shaped around one experience, theme or intention. A meaningful way for your team to pause together, experience the work first-hand and discover what resonates with the group (up to 12 people).
A more spacious and layered introduction, bringing together selected elements of Mindful Pause, Mindful Play and Mindful Heart. The experience is thoughtfully shaped around your team, setting and occasion, with greater room for reflection, creativity and connection.
