What is Mindful Pause x Roots?
Mindful Pause x Roots is a small-group mindfulness and sound session, held in a dedicated space at Roots in Primrose Hill.
With just 7 people in the room, the experience feels more personal, offering space to step out of the busyness of everyday life and settle more fully into the practice.
You’ll be gently guided through simple mindfulness practices to reconnect with your breath and body, followed by a sound immersion using Tibetan singing bowls to support deep rest and relaxation.
The smaller group allows for a more attentive and held experience, with space, presence, and care throughout the session.
This session is for you if:

you’re craving time to slow down and reset

Each session includes guided mindfulness meditation followed by a sound bath using Tibetan singing bowls. You’ll be invited to lie down or sit comfortably and simply receive the experience. No prior experience is necessary. Come as you are.

Chairs, mats, and blankets will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat and blanket for added comfort.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely and relax.

Yes! The session is open to all levels and designed to be accessible, whether you’re new to mindfulness or have a regular practice.
