Frequently Asked Questions

Each session includes guided mindfulness meditation followed by a sound bath using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. You’ll be invited to lie down or sit comfortably and simply receive the experience. No prior experience is necessary. Come as you are.

You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat and blanket for added comfort. Chairs, including some mats and blankets, will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. You may also bring a light scarf or eye mask to help with relaxation.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely and relax. Layers are recommended in cooler months as your body temperature may drop when resting.

Yes! The session is open to all levels and designed to be accessible, whether you’re new to mindfulness or have a regular practice.

This event is free to attend. You can learn more about why here. However, donations are always welcome. 100% of proceeds go back to Oxford House, a UK charity to support inclusive well-being programmes. Cash and card payments are accepted on-site.
