The Mindful Play Experience

We’ll begin with a short, child-friendly mindfulness practice, inviting everyone to notice their breath, wiggle their fingers, and get ready to create.

Then it’s time to meet the clay! With guidance along the way, children and grown-ups can explore shaping their pumpkins, adding texture and choosing the little details that make them their own.

All pumpkin creations are welcome! Round, tall, tiny or wobbly, each one has its own charm. We’ll make room for experimenting, helping one another, and enjoying whatever takes shape.

At the heart of it all is time together: listening, playing, sensing, and discovering what your hands can make.

You’ll be able to take your pumpkins home on the same day!

Mindful Play is a practice that brings mindfulness and creativity together, inviting you to return to yourself again and again.

While each gathering holds this shared intention, we explore different mindfulness practices and ceramic forms each time, from cups and mosaic tiles to sculptural pieces and dorodango, offering both continuity and creative variety as you tune into your own flow. Mindful Play x Halloween Special is a workshop designed for families to join with their children, offering space to be curious, have fun, and express themselves in a mindfulness context.
