What can I expect during the session?
Each session includes guided mindfulness meditation followed by a sound bath using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. You’ll be invited to lie down or sit comfortably and simply receive the experience, no prior experience is necessary. Come as you are.
Do I need to bring anything?
You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat and blanket for added comfort. Chairs and some mats/blankets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. You may also bring a light scarf or eye mask to help with relaxation.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely and relax. Layers are recommended in cooler months as your body temperature may drop when resting.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes! The session is open to all levels and designed to be accessible, whether you’re new to mindfulness or have a regular practice.
Is there a cost to attend?
This event is free to attend. However, donations are always welcome. 100% of proceeds go back to Oxford House to support inclusive well-being programmes. Cash and card payments are accepted on-site.
