A collaboration proposal for Roundhouse Creative StudiosTunedInHeart
brings mindfulness, sound, and creative making into the lives of young creatives. Our three workshops, Mindful Pause, Mindful Play, and Mindful Heart, create heart-led spaces to slow down, explore self-expression, and connect with others.
Together, we can co-create these experiences with your community, inviting young creatives to explore what supports their wellbeing, nurtures their creativity, and feels meaningful to them.
When young creatives have space to pause and reconnect with themselves, they can return to their creative practice with more energy, focus, and presence.

Mindful Pause
Mindfulness · Guided meditation · Immersive sound
Mindful Pause offers time to pause, breathe, and listen. Through guided mindfulness, meditation, and an immersive sound bath, you’re invited to reconnect with your breath, body, mind, and heart.
A gentle gathering where you can sit or lie down, rest, and allow yourself to be present and receive.
Mindful Play
Mindful making · Pottery · Creative expression
Working with clay invites us to pay attention differently, to texture, movement, and the shape taking form in our hands. Mindful Play brings mindfulness and pottery together, engaging our senses and opening space for curiosity and creative expression.
Each gathering offers a different theme and invitation as you create a meaningful, unique piece of your own. Your ceramic piece is then professionally fired and glazed, ready for you to collect and take home as a symbolic reminder of the time you gave yourself.
Mindful Heart
Live music · Compassion inquiry · Reflective journaling
Sometimes the person we are hardest on is ourselves.
We strive, overthink, compare, and keep going, often believing we need to be more before we are enough. Mindful Heart is an invitation to pause that inner critic and dialogue. In collaboration with an HCPC-registered music therapist, this is a live music journey that weaves together guided compassion meditation, heartful melodies and harmonies, and reflective stream-of-consciousness writing. Shared in a small circle gathering, it offers a gentle space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate greater self-compassion.

The heart behind TunedInHeart
I’m Sandy, the founder of TunedInHeart, a community initiative based in London. Since 2022, I’ve been offering guided meditation and sound baths at Oxford House, creating space for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and come together in community. Since then, Mindful Pause has grown to include Mindful Play and Mindful Heart, with workshops hosted in collaboration with thoughtfully chosen venue partners across London. I trained as a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher and am an alumna of Stanford University’s Centre for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education (CCARE), where I continue to deepen my compassion-inquiry practice through the Compassion Lab.
My work brings together mindfulness, sound, and creative making through the lens of self-compassion. Alongside my mindfulness work, my background includes designing and delivering apprenticeship and youth development programmes for underserved youth, co-creating learning experiences spanning workplace skills such as communication mastery, financial literacy, event management, music, and film production. This experience shapes my wish to bring wellbeing and creativity together at Roundhouse Creative Studios, starting with a small pilot shaped with young creatives around their interests, experiences, and what feels meaningful to them.
